By installing and using APIfy - API Gateway ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
APIfy is a Shopify application that allows merchants to connect external APIs to their Shopify store. The App provides features including:
To use APIfy, you must have a valid Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your store credentials and any API keys configured within the App.
APIfy offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the selected plan.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the App's billing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Each subscription plan includes specific rate limits for API requests. Exceeding these limits may result in request throttling or temporary suspension of service. Upgrade to a higher plan for increased limits.
APIfy routes requests to external APIs that you configure. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of third-party APIs. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access external services.
Your use of APIfy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will attempt to notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APIFY AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APIfy and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activities. You may terminate your use by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
